Jolly Allotment Fire Cooking Workshops.
The healthiest communities in the world still gather around the fire to cook food from the ground they live on. There are many reasons why fire cooking is a healthy skill for mind, body and soul. There is much more to it than just a sausage on a BBQ.
Jolly Allotment's Fire Cooking for Wellbeing workshops equip families, corporate groups, schools, and individuals with the knowledge and confidence to enjoy cooking in the great outdoors. They empower people to cook delicious and nutritious meals outside in nature, connecting them to the community that grows the food that fuels our minds and bodies.
Fire Cooking is proven to relieve stress, help recovery from depression and anxiety, and help people feel more connected to nature.
